Housing Dreams

As a Nigerian  Youth i have come to terms with the issue of availability and affordability of Housing for all,our Government  have talked about it,made policies about it and even made promises to us about it but we are get to enjoy it.I must say here before going forward  that  housing problems are not allien to the developed countries but they have looked  for ways  to reduce it.

Our case to can be like that if we are determined and resolute about it.As a professional Builder i know with minimal cash flow housing is a possibility,the only issue of great importance is the land,and i dare say this:"give me land and i will build "Our leaders have to look for ways to make land accessible to the people,shelter is a must if we want  a vibrant economy a man with maroon over his head will think well.

We must move away from politicizing housing let us get down to business,let's get serious and like the Israelis we will even build for the future it is not hard countries like Singapore and Indonesia have stories of great levels of success  in housing,lets get serious and make land accessible for all so that the Housing Dream can come to pass.
