WE MUST REMEMBER

The phrase "leadership is a trust" is so true but the meaning has lost it's value.Leaders forget that are they must remember that posterity will judge them and their children's children will remember them for evil and even in death will judge them for evil.they must remember that we only live ones and after  that we live forever, yes forever! We are spirits and live in this earthly suits called the body or flesh and when we die physically our spirits live ,we must remember that.and if remember that, then we will remember to act and do right as leaders of the people,we must remember that we are answerable to the creator the all knowing and all wise God,who will judge each man according to his deeds so let us remember, and for our future and the future of our youths strive lead right. If we do that corruption will be a thing of the past and our future will be bright again!!!

THE SEARCH FOR PEACE

From the middle east to East Africa and Even West Africa we see chaos and all sort of dis-array in human civil existence in one way or the other,The Government's of this affected nations have been trying and doing all they can to bring sanity to their people but the peace still remains elusive. Elusive not because they are not trying but elusive due to complexities in the issues surrounding the causes of this conflicts in the first place,we must first of all understand the parties to all this conflicts and they are not as follows : 1.The people. 2.The Government 3.The Religious Leader's 4.The External Benefactors 5.The sycophants 6.The Fanatics 7.The Wall Sitters This seven make up the reason  for all the trouble with security addressing this seven will lead to relative peace but not absolute peace ,and absolute peace is another topic all together.so let's take  these factors one after the other hoping to achieve relative peace at the end of the day. 1.THE PEOPLE

Gaining Freedom

Freedom is not about being let go from prison or some detention somewhere, freedom speaks liberation from addictions that seem control our lives.addictions that are the fruits of habits that were formed over the years when we bought tickets to board the ship that we will pay dearly to disembark from. What is your addiction? What are you imprisoned to?what is that thing holding  you back from being the best of you?as you read this know that you can be free if you really want,it is possible and you  can be free but you really must want it,you must desire it and then you will have it. But first you must realise the best need of someone greater, someone that has the power to help  you out of that jail house of addiction that has held you back, yeah i know that at this point you are putting a label on me now saying oh no! Not another religious bigot ,but hold on second the only way to be free is through Accepting Jesus and allowing Him access to your heart thereby starting the process of the

The Time is Now-My thoughts on an aspIrant [Part 1]

Just  yesterday imwas privileged to watch an interview of the candidate of the Labour Party,Dr Ifeanyi Patrick Uba.on the Labour African Independent Television (AIT ),The interview gave me a personal insight into the man behind Capital Oil.I saw a man with passion for his people, his state and the Nation. He said the time is now and if he doesn't get it promises now he will not go at it again and that is the whole part of the interview that caught my attention,it tells me of a man with no selfish ambition and that is seen in the type of government he is proposing for his state Anambra. For me i see selflessness and how politicians should think and it is my prayer that he keeps to his words his words dreams are big and think his people should give him a chance to bring change to the table i see another Rochas another Fashola and another Mimiko and oshiomole. All i can say for now is watch this space for more updates as a new Leader emerges come 16th November 2013 let's see if

Housing Dreams

As a Nigerian  Youth i have come to terms with the issue of availability and affordability of Housing for all,our Government  have talked about it,made policies about it and even made promises to us about it but we are get to enjoy it.I must say here before going forward  that  housing problems are not allien to the developed countries but they have looked  for ways  to reduce it. Our case to can be like that if we are determined and resolute about it.As a professional Builder i know with minimal cash flow housing is a possibility, the only issue of great importance is the land, and i dare say this:"give me land and i will build "Our leaders have to look for ways to make land accessible to the people, shelter is a must if we want  a vibrant economy a man with maroon over his head will think well. We must move away from politicizing housing let us get down to business, let's get serious and like the Israelis we will even build for the future it is not hard countries like Sin
